In 1901, Nakamuraya founded a bakery, convinced that it would be helpful and become a familiar fixture in our lives, despite a lack of popularity at the time.
Our management philosophy carries the founder’s belief forward, building on the founder’s business concept and expressing it in clear terms in our daily work.
Pursuing and achieving the true values demanded by customers and sharing the joy in the process with customers, various stakeholders and employees.

Since its founding in 1901, Nakamuraya has created and broadly merchandised food such as custard-filled buns, Chinese dumplings and pure Indian curry, none of which were previously distributed in Japan.
We will leverage our originality and ingenuity as well as our ability to meet challenges to offer food which we can integrate into our life, make people happy and keep improving our products to make them popular.
